6. Absence at Delivery Address:

If no one is available at the delivery address during the delivery attempt, the courier will make two more attempts on subsequent days. If delivery is not possible, the order will be returned to Drill Deals.

8. Return Policy:

Drill Deals offers a 7 (seven) calendar day return policy from the date of delivery, free of charge, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product must not have been used, washed, or repaired;
• The product must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.
